Synthetic labels are made from plastic films, most commonly polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Unlike paper labels, they are designed for enhanced durability and resistance to challenging environments.

Durability

They are highly resistant to tearing, abrasion, and punctures, making them ideal for products that undergo frequent handling or are exposed to rough conditions.

Weather and Chemical Resistance

Synthetic labels are waterproof and can withstand exposure to oils, solvents, and a wide range of chemicals without the print smudging or the label peeling.

Longevity

The print on these labels is much less likely to fade over time, making them a good choice for products with a long shelf life.

Versatility

They can be used with a variety of finishes, including matte, gloss, or even a clear "no-label" look that allows the product inside to show through.

Polypropylene (PP) labels are a more rigid and dimensionally stable material. They offer high resistance to moisture and chemicals. It's an excellent choice for a variety of products including cosmetics, food and beverage containers.

Polyethylene (PE) is softer and more flexible than PP. This makes it the perfect choice for labelling products in squeezable bottles or on containers with a curved or irregular shape, as the label will stretch and conform without wrinkling or peeling
