We offer a variety of label material options, from standard paper labels to more durable options like polypropylene (BOPP), polyester and thermal materials. Whether you need them for product packaging, logistics, or industrial use, we’ll match the right material to your application. We supply labels on rolls, fan-fold, and A4 sheets, all designed to work with your existing printers and processes. If you’re not sure what material’s right for you, we’re happy to help.

We use digital, flexographic and thermal transfer printing — each suited to different types of jobs.

  • Digital is great for short runs and full-colour designs.
  • Flexo is ideal for large volumes with consistent branding.
  • Thermal transfer is perfect for variable data like barcodes or batch codes.

We also run a label bureau service in-house, which is handy if you need barcoded or logistics labels printed and shipped quickly.

Yes, definitely. We’re happy to provide free label samples or digital proofs. It’s a simple way to check the look, feel, and adhesive performance before going ahead with a full print run. If you’re testing a new surface or application, we always recommend this.

Yes, we do. Our digital printing service is perfect for short runs and small batches — whether you’re testing new products, running limited editions, or just need fewer labels. There are no tooling costs with digital print, so it's a cost-effective way to start small or order just what you need.

We work quickly. Most digital orders are turned around within 3–5 working days. If it’s a plain or colour-washed label and you’re on a tight deadline, we can often dispatch the same day — just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Absolutely. We’re used to working to tight deadlines and are happy to help with urgent requests. For stock items or simple thermal labels, we can often dispatch on the same day. For custom labels, we’ll prioritise production wherever possible once the artwork is approved.

Yes, we do. We can print barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, expiry dates and more, either using our in-house thermal bureau service or by supplying you with labels optimised for overprinting on your own printer. It’s ideal for tracking, logistics, and compliance.

We do. Full-colour labels can be printed digitally for short runs or using flexographic printing for larger volumes. We can print up to six colours and also offer cold foil and in-line lamination for a premium finish. Great for retail, branding and high-impact packaging.

We stock a wide range of adhesives to suit all sorts of surfaces and environments including permanent, removable, freezer-grade, cryogenic, and high-temperature options. Whether your labels are going on cardboard, plastic, glass or metal, we’ll help choose the right adhesive for the job.

Yes — we supply labels built to last in tough conditions. That includes waterproof labels, oil- and UV-resistant options, and materials that can handle freezing or high heat. Our labels are used in everything from chilled food and drink to outdoor equipment and industrial parts.

They can. We offer flexible label materials and adhesives that are designed to work on curved, rough or awkward surfaces like tubes, drums, and bottles. We’ll recommend the best combination for the surface you’re labelling.

Yes. We have specialist labels for both ultra-cold and high-heat environments. For example, our cryogenic labels work in temperatures as low as –196°C, and our high-temp labels are suitable for use in ovens, kilns and industrial settings up to 1200°C.

Pretty much any size or shape you need. We’ve got a large die library with cutters for everything from tiny barcode labels to full-size pallet and Odette labels. If you need a custom shape, we can create a new die or use digital cutting, depending on your order type.

We supply labels in roll, fan-fold, and A4 sheet formats, all compatible with the most common thermal and desktop label printers. Whether you use Zebra, Sato, Toshiba or another major brand, we’ll ensure the labels are sized and wound to fit.

Yes, we stock a full range of thermal transfer ribbons for different label types and printer brands. We also supply durable tags, often used in outdoor or heavy-duty environments where traditional adhesive labels might not hold up.

Of course. We’re happy to send you a digital proof so you can check colours, layout, and overall design before we start printing. It’s a useful way to make sure everything’s exactly how you want it.

We do. These are great if you want to print variable data yourself. We supply both plain white labels and pre-coloured (colour-washed) labels on a range of materials, in the roll or fan-fold format that suits your printer setup.

Yes, we design our labels to be fully compatible with Zebra, Sato, Toshiba and most other thermal transfer and direct thermal printers. We’ll make sure they’re the right core size, roll length and material for your equipment.

All of our labels are produced right here in the UK, at our site in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. That means we’re able to maintain high quality standards and deliver quickly to customers across the country.
