Improved Lead Times and Service

We turned to Datamark UK about four years ago to supply our label and thermal transfer ribbons. Prior to using Datamark, to get the best price we had to order two months stock at a time and then waited up to ten days for delivery. But then Datamark came in, looked at the way we worked and agreed to have one month’s stock on hand for next day call off.

Their service is excellent, we get labels and ribbons the day after we order and are even saving on our annual label and ribbon spend.
